Jon & Luke gave us a calendar of EXACTLY when everything would be completed and they stuck to that schedule. We added 800 square feet in less than four months. We started work December 1 - his team worked over the holiday, in the rain and snow. We were living in the addition by March 14.
We have remodeled four homes. We've had really bad contractors and contractors we really LOVED as people, but who let timelines slip.
I've never had a contractor who was:
a) Such a pleasure to work with
b) On schedule all the time
c) On budget ALL THE TIME!
d) Completely flexible and quick to address change orders
I must also mention that we interviewed four different builders for this project. Some never got back to us. Some were slow and the budget numbers were "estimates." One (IMO) ripped us off to the tune of $10k on designing and redesigning plans that were NEVER going to fit our budget.
Jon was prompt, responsive, detailed - and the quality of the work is exceptional - 20/10.
